While we prefer up to two weeks of advanced notice when care is needed, we can usually accommodate same-day or next-day servicing needs.

Every senior we work with has a unique personality, circumstance, and unique care needs. During our complementary phone consultation we provide a thorough explanation of our services, and offer you guidance and assistance in choosing what option is best for you or your loved one.

Step 2: Schedule an In-Home Consultation

A Senior Home Care Services manager visits with your family to assess the senior's care level, personality and habits in order to determine which caregiver is the best holistic match with the senior.

This in-home consultation is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about us. Once we meet in person, services usually begin within 3 - 7 days. We can accommodate more immediate servicing needs if necessary but prefer notice so that we can find the proper match for the senior.

Step 3: Our Registered Nurse Develops a Plan of Care

One of our seasoned Registered Nurses conducts an evaluation of the senior's home care needs, develops a plan of care with the senior and his or her family, and orients the caregiver to the unique care needs of the senior, which may include: personal hygiene care, assistance with ambulation, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Step 4: We Monitor and Manage the Care

Once you have started services with us, we manage and monitor the caregiver by: paying the caregiver, tracking their schedule, providing back-up care when they need time off, and nurse supervision of the care.

We keep in close contact with our caregivers, and periodically make unannounced visits to ensure our clients' safety and satisfaction with our services. In addition, our experienced Registered Nurse makes a supervisory phone call every 30 days, and in-home visits every 60 days to all clients who require hands-on care.

Our goal is long-term placement of a caregiver with your loved one. Most of our seniors have had the same caregiver working with them for years, and consider them an important part of their family.
